General Introduction and Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the 33ook platform and all related services ("Services"). 33ook (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "33ook") provides a safe and trusted online gaming service for users in Bangladesh.

By registering on, logging into, or using our platform in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Important: These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform after a change has been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use gaming services on 33ook, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and in the event of false information being provided, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled. If different members of the same household use the same device or IP address, their identities may be subject to verification.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. 33ook reserves the right to close an account if incorrect or false information is provided. If any of your details change, you must notify the support team immediately.

  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Details of your preferred payment method

Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

To ensure safe and responsible gaming, 33ook may conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. The following documents may be requested:

  • Photo of National ID card (NID) or passport
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed. If verification documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 33ook is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the account must be registered in your own name.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, 33ook reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct a related investigation. The relevant funds may remain blocked until the investigation is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33ook offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳300.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

Example: If you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus. To withdraw, you must wager ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

  • A promotion applies to each account only once.
  • Bets placed with bonus funds may count toward the bonus requirement, however certain specific games may be excluded.
  • Bonuses have a set validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
  • 33ook reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 33ook may cancel the bonus.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Based on regular play on 33ook, members can advance through four VIP levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

To advance to a higher level, you must remain consistently active on the platform. Cashback is paid every Monday and the amount is determined based on gaming activity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on 33ook are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.

6.2 Fair Play Guarantee

33ook works only with game providers that are independently certified and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and unpredictable.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is determined due to a technical error or server disruption, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. 33ook is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection during a game session.

6.4 Sports Betting

The following terms apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sporting events:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a match is abandoned or rescheduled, the bet amount may be refunded.
  • The official scoreboard or governing body announcement will be considered final for determining results.
  • If suspicious betting activity is detected, payment may be held pending a review.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment details
  • Using software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes
  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor
  • Activities that damage the reputation of 33ook
  • Colluding with other users to place bets
Warning: If any of the above activities are identified, 33ook reserves the right to take legal action and may hand over relevant information to the authorities.

Responsible Gaming

33ook places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of income.

8.1 Self-Restriction Tools

We recommend that users make use of the following tools:

  • Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a given period.
  • Self-Exclusion Break: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 33ook website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and other elements — is the intellectual property of 33ook or its licensed providers. Copying, distributing, modifying or using any content for commercial purposes beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for any content they submit on the 33ook platform (such as chat messages). Posting offensive, illegal or indecent content may result in account closure.

Limitation of Liability

33ook is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

  • Issues in a game session caused by the user's internet connection dropping
  • Bugs in third-party game software (the relevant provider's policy applies in such cases)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.)
  • Exposure of login credentials due to the user's own negligence
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses

In no circumstances shall 33ook's maximum liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any amounts forfeited due to a breach of the terms and conditions will not be returned.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 33ook

33ook may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions
  • Failure to verify identity or failure to submit required documents
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Court order or legal obligation
  • Responsible gaming self-exclusion at the user's own request

In the event of closure, funds linked to illegal activity will be forfeited. Decisions regarding the return of any legitimate balance will be made on a case-by-case basis.

12.1 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
